Order & Payment
Full payment is required to secure every order at checkout. Since each piece is made to order, we begin production as soon as payment is confirmed.
Non-Refundable Policy
All payments are strictly non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind, personal preference, or sizing regret. We only offer a resolution if the issue originates from our end, such as an item arriving damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
Color Variation
Every screen displays color a little differently, and lighting during photography can affect how a shade appears. Slight variations in color between the website image and the received product are normal and not considered a defect.
Customized Pieces
Any piece made to custom specifications, including custom sizing, fabric changes, or personalized alterations, is final sale. Custom orders are not eligible for exchange or refund under any circumstance.
Issues From Our End
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
Delivery Timelines
As a preorder boutique, delivery timelines can vary slightly depending on production schedules and shipping logistics. We always aim to dispatch as close to the estimated timeframe as possible, and any major delays will be communicated to you directly.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins immediately after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
